We currently sell limited edition apparel products. All products are subject to availability. We may update, withdraw, rename, reprice, or stop offering products at any time. All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Proudly Perth is not registered for GST. No GST has been charged on the prices shown. Shipping is shown at checkout and, where advertised for this product, is free Australia-wide.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we process it through our system and payment is successfully confirmed. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including for stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical problems.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. By completing payment, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact details. We do not store full card details on this site.

Shipping and Fulfilment

We aim to dispatch paid orders within a reasonable timeframe, but dispatch and delivery times are estimates only. Shipping carriers and delivery services are third-party providers and actual delivery timing can vary.

Limited Edition Release Terms

Because this is a limited edition release, size swaps and order changes cannot be guaranteed once stock begins to move. Please choose carefully. If you need urgent help with an order, contact us immediately and we will review what is still possible at that point in time.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.
