Limited Edition Returns Policy
This page explains how Proudly Perth handles returns, exchanges, and order-change requests for our limited edition products. It is intended to work alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Limited Edition Stock
The Limited Edition Proudly Perth Hoodie is produced in limited quantities. Because stock is highly restricted, we cannot guarantee that replacement sizes or exchange stock will be available after purchase.
Choose Carefully
Please review sizing, quantity, delivery details, and product information carefully before placing your order. If you realise an order needs to be changed, contact us immediately at hello@proudlyperth.com.au. We cannot promise changes will be possible, especially once the order has been packed, processed, or shipped.
Change of Mind
Due to the limited edition nature of this release, change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for size selection, are generally not guaranteed. If we choose to assist in a particular case, that does not create an ongoing obligation to accept other change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or the wrong item is supplied, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before fulfilment if we are able to action the request in time. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Return Approval Process
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Where a return is approved, we will provide the next steps and tell you whether we require the item to be returned before a remedy is finalised.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping is free for Australian orders on this product. If a remedy is required because of a fault, damage, or supply error, we will work with you on the appropriate return or replacement process. For any discretionary change-of-mind assistance, return shipping or other costs may remain your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
